Let Only:

 

This is a 'Tenant Introductory Service' where we will advise our landlords on the achievable rent level for your property, prepare marketing particulars, advertise and market the property. Once a tenant is found we will provide full referencing and credit checks on prospective tenants, prepare an inventory of furniture and effects for use by the landlord as a schedule of wear and tear once your property is vacated.

 

Produce a tenancy agreement and relevant notices where authorised under the 1988 Housing Act. Arrange for the transfer of utilities and obtain meter readings, serve legal ground notices as required to give maximum protection to yourself.

 

360 Properties collect the deposit and the first monthly rental payment, prepare a Statement of Accounts reflecting our charges and remit the balance to the landlord once instructed to do so.

 

 Notify tenants of their landlords or managing agents contact information and set up Standing Orders instructions for the tenant's rent to be paid directly into the landlord's Bank Account if required.

 

Rent Collection:

 

Our Rent Collection is a service that includes everything offered with our 'Letting Only Service'

 

Additionally we would collect the rent each month from the tenant and send it over to the landlord, our aim is too take some of the more stressful side of lettings away from our clients. If rent was ever paid late or the tenant fell into arrears we would advise on our clients behalf, chase and collect the outstanding rent.
